Holy Communion at All Saints’, Shepreth

Event Details

Location:   All Saints, Shepreth
Date:  23/08/2020
Time:  9:30 am
We are delighted to  be able to welcome you back to St All Saints’  for worship but due to Government Guidelines and Directives from the Church of England we will be maintaining two metre distancing and so space will be limited. This is what we plan to do to make it work as well as possible .
If you would like to attend the Holy Communion Service at St Mary’s Church  on Sunday 23rd   August . (Please note this will be a 9.30 am service) Please would you contact Malcolm Price  on: 01763 261569  or email: malcolmprice6@gmail.com to reserve your space. We should be grateful if you would make sure that if you reserve a space you do attend the service.
Things will not be how you are used to experiencing church and we will be asking you to wear a mask, operating a one way system and asking you to stay in your pew and not move around to chat with others. We will not be singing hymns but will be using worship music to allow God to speak to our hearts and we will be having Holy Communion in one kind (wafers only).
We know things are very different but we are looking forward to meeting God and each other in new ways during this time.
If you are not comfortable returning to church yet the service will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube so you will be able to join in with the worship from home sometime after 11.30 am. We apologise that it takes a while to upload the recording so ask you to bear with us.  The link  to the service will appear on the website after 11.30 am  on Sunday 23rd  August.
